? Our stylists will be wearing masks and we recommend you wearing a mask to your appointment.
? We will be practicing social distancing. There will be an allowance of more space between clients and fabulous separations at the shampoo area.
? When you arrive at Salon Joy, you stay within your car, text the Salon phone (314-607-4132) and wait for the stylist to let you know we’re ready for you to come in and be pampered! Please understand that appointments may be taking a bit longer due to grow out and also any box dye situations, thank you so much for being patient!
? There will no online booking at this time to control the guest flow better- we’re sorry if this is an inconvenience to you- but we believe it’s best to schedule with us directly at this time!
? We ask that you do not bring any family members or friends with you to your appointment- so we can stay within that maximum number of people in our space.
? We will be doing your transactions at the chair after your service is complete. We will also grab all products off the shelf for you and bag them up for you!
? On top of our regular sanitizing you will see extra disinfecting and cleaning. You will notice separation at the shampoo area. Things may look different, but we’re so very thankful to be back and doing things the safest way!
? Please note that we will not be offering beverages during services to try and limit any unnecessary germ exposure, if you need a beverage please bring one from home. Hopefully we will be having wine one day soon!
